2013-14 Week #18 Rankings Released
Week #18 comes on the heals of the MLK weekend in the US and a major tournament weekend. This week we had a record number of scores entered, almost 12k. With it comes both the opportunity and the potential problem of a bunch of non-league games entered against sometimes ambiguous teams.
If you have seen your team move up or down by quite a bit this week, the change could be a result of ranking improvements based upon more and diverse games... or it could be because erroneous game scores were entered. Tournament weekends bring a large number of errors where games that should have been entered against a 4th picked team from a club are entered against their first picked team. These kind of errors can move not only teams, but entire leagues/divisions of teams. You are strongly encouraged to check things out if the movement of your favorite team(s) don't match their recent performance.
